CM 6.1 vibrate issue?

Not at all AFAIK... first I have heard the phone refusing to not vibrate no matter what running CM. Maybe do a backup and use clockwork mod and wipe data/cache, and also format the system and boot partition and do a clean install of CM and Gapps.

In fact I was running LFY before loading up CM. All vibrate settings work fine.

Reload your LFY backup and see what it does and check all your settings. If that works maybe your phone simply desires LFY... lol

You welcome... one other thing you could try is wiping just 'cache' and also wiping 'dalvik cache' in clockworkmod menu. Not data wipe though... then reboot and check all your settings and maybe that will fix it without trying a clean reinstall.
