Cloud Player info for dummies....lol

New Droid user.....had the windows garbage for a while....This phone is nice to me but I downloaded some music thru amazon/saved to cloud drive but the song freeze all the time or they cut in/out like a scratched cd.....What can I do....How do I move it or copy to sd card
