Basically 2 apps in 1. A chime notification for your phone and a standalone capable one for your watch. They can both be set independently to any of their settings.
Set to vibrate and/or tone chime for hour, half hour, and quarter hour or any of them by themselves.
Do not disturb that is user settable.

I added Star Trek Red Alert to what was there just to test it out.

This one doesn't override the volume policy set on the watch or phone. Nothing annoys ME more than having my phone on silent and MY phone sets off an alert where I forgot, or didn't know, it's one that overrides the phone volume.

I used to drive residents of a nursing home to Dr's appointments, so myself and a Nurse Aid would be sitting in the waiting room, often a very quiet waiting room, and it would beep. There were some of them that would jump every time it beeped. Just one little beep to let me know I was now late for lunch. Haha "WHAT WAS THAT!?" "It's noon."

In church at the end, where it's quiet for alter time, it's kinda funny when noon hits. There's a whole bunch of beeps then suddenly humans start to get restless, stomachs start growling around me, etc.
