clearing applications cache

Is there a way to clear the cache of all of your apps without having to go into each one of them individually. It gets pretty time consuming going through them all. I have also noticed an overall slowdown of my droid in general-browser, switching screens, ending calls, etc... Any suggestions on these issues would be appreciated. Thanks.

CacheMate is a paid app but will do just that. You can even set it to autoclear. It's only a buck or two, but you must be rooted.

I saw this the other day and have no need for it, so I haven't tested it. It's free on the Market.
