Recently Google updated the Chromecast app to include full Android screen mirroring to Chromecast. This is now available on several devices, but is not ready for every device. This of course will allow you to stream videos from apps like ShowBox and Popcorn time, but for now the mirroring is a bit buggy. I can't get the mirroring to work for more than 5 minutes when streaming video. The Popcorn Time app for android which allows you to watch torrented movies on your Android device has now incorporated Chromecast support. There are some other additions in the latest updates including a native user interface, faster download speeds, auto app updates, and support for more devices. As always use this app with caution or don't use it at all since it does allow for the downloading of pirated films.
