Chrome to phone very slow

i just tried out chrome. i sent a youtube video to it and it got it after a few seconds, longer than I expected but thats fine. then i tried a webpage, and it took FOREVER. A couple of minutes after I quit it finally popped up on my phone. Any solutions?

bump. Also experiencing a lag. Ranges from 1 minute to an hour O.O!!
