Makes sense. As much as some Americans like deals, the population of China is even bigger for it. Part of why Best Buy China had huge issues after opening is that they didn't have negotiable prices for items. People there want smart phones offered at pretty much every price point and Apple will never be able to address that when all it offers capable of running its current date OS is its newest model and its predecessor. From high to low, Android rules that territory.

Yes ,apple device is expensive in China, people prefer to purchase cheap android devices to satisfy their desires. China has such a large population and the result is obvious.
