Should I let the Droid run dry before charging? Also, will it get damaged if I leave it plugged in over night? (Like it gets charged 100% and sits there plugged in?) Thanks.

Charge whenever you want, as often as you like and leave on charger as long as you like.
none will adversely effect battery life.

I mean, you could let it run dry if you want, but there's no need to. You can charge whenever you want for however long you want. Technology has gotten a lot better since back in the day (which was a Wednesday...fun fact!)
