Change IP address (3g)?????????

Hi, i mostly use 3g to connect to the internet. Is there a way to change my IP address on my phone? Like assign a new one?

After downloading an IP address widget, it appears that your IP address changes everytime you connect to the 3G network. Is this correct?

Enhanced security would be a fringe benefit of this.
