CDMA_Shadow Nightly 0.4

So i got the nightly, and i know that there aren't any Change logs, but does anyone know specifically what things have changed in this nightly since the original release? i was unaware that the nightlies were even out until about 4 hours ago.

GPS itself works. Location-based apps are still broken. YouTube and camera are still not working on mine. One person said theirs works but they flashed over Liberty, so I'm thinking that has something to do with it.
