I have the reiko case on my droid RAZR. Its like an otterbox but cheaper. Anyways I have a white one and when I try to use the flash on my camera, I makes the picture a translucent white. Can anybody help me? Can I paint the ring around the camera black? Thanks

I had a similar problem with an Otterbox Defender on a different phone. Whenever the case was on and I took a picture and the flash was used, the pictures would turn out all blue. Take off the case or don't use teh flash and the pictures were fine.

It's the way the light from the flash get reflected and diffused from the white case. Try using some black fingernail polish to paint around the flash port (obviously with the case off). It's the opening around the flash that is causing the problem, so I would try just painting that one first. You may need to do the camera opening as well. Make sure you cover the inside of the opening so light doesn't get diffused through the case and leak into the camera lens...or you could just get a black case. Good luck.
