Carousel-like Screen Switcher App

Alright, either it's around and I can't quite word what I'm trying to say right, or it just doesn't exist. For the most part, I don't mind MotoBlur. It's responsive, does what it's supposed to do. The only thing that bothers me is the screen switcher. Sure, I could switch screens pretty quickly if I wanted to, but the issue is I like seeing the screen I'm going to. My Eris had a helicopter-view, that was cool. Even a carousel view would be nice.

I'm trying not to root or screw this phone up particularly because the phone is mostly used for work and school. I would rather not lose any functionality or risk screwing up the UI. So I was hoping that maybe this would be available in an app that ISN'T a home replacement app? I mean, I like the home replacement apps, but they ramp up power consumption too much for my taste. Does anyone know if an app like that exists?

I saw it. $15 is pretty expensive for an android app though. Looks pretty heavy on battery too.
