Caps lock issue

So, here's a fun problem....every now and again when my keyboard pulls up it is in caps lock. I can't find a pattern to it. Not a big issue by any means, just irritating when I get halfway through an email and finally realize it.
Sidenote.....the keyboards and text prediction are a TON better on my D1 and D2G.
Any thoughts on the caps lock thing?

I downloaded the gingerbread keyboard off the market. Try that and see if it does it as well.

every now and then, i have no clue how, my keyboard turns greek or some other weird language. i have to hit the "EN" button next to the comma to get it back to normal

Odd..I don't have an "EN" button. Is that for gb keyboard?
Also..I don't have gb keyboard in my market

i must have clicked something to set my backup language as greek, b/c when i click the EN button it turns to GR. i gotta fix that

edit - figured it out, EN button gone, greek gone
