Can't Receive Pic texts

when I get a text that contains a picture, I get a message with two buttons. one to download the other to reject. when inselect to download, it times out and never downloads. has anyone seen this before and is there some setting i need to change?

have you tried Turning on your 4g/3g?then download it?

NOTE:Reason why you have that is because you received that MMS when your on Wifi..it happens to me most of the time.

okay i have the same problem on my new droid razr i have it on 3g wifi and nothing but still wont get or send pic
