can't reactivate phone after sbf from team black hat

If I got the phone past the M logo and into the reactivation screen will Verizon reactivate my phone? It won't do it over the air, is there a chance there may be other problems? I don't want to have to file another insurance claim. Got the newest sbf file to work with bootloader 30.04 though.

Try it again in an hour. Usually problems reactivating this time of night are due to system maintenance.

Try dialing *22899 and see if you can force it, though.
