Can't find system folder on droid 2

Droid connects by usb with two drive letters to pc, I: (phone) and J: (sdcard). For some reason I: drive (phone) only has 8 files (autorun.inf, config.ini, ins.vbs, motoconnect_msi..., motorola_driver..., motorola_end..., run.bat and setup.exe but no system folder. However Touchdown app sees a /system/media/audio/notifications folder. How do I view/find this folder. It has ogg sound files. I want to add some sound files to that folder.... yes i have my own sound folder on sd card but touchdown app cannot switch to look at the sdcard for my sounds. Thanks
