Can't email pics from my gallery

So I had some email issues yesterday but after deleting my account & setting it up again it seemed to work OK until I tried to send pics from my gallery this morning. they appear to send... But never get to the email account I've sent to. I even tried to email the pics to myself but they never arrive? any ideas? Thanks!

is your background data enabled? look in your sent folder for the email app/provider you use and see if it is even in the sent folder.

No these emails are not showing up in my sent folder. It still says connection problems bottom of my screen...how do I make sure background data is enabled??

are you using gmail? settings>data usage>menu button. make sure that set mobile data limit is unchecked, and when you hit menu button make sure that "Restrict background data" is unchecked.

you might also want to check that your sync for google is on, not sure if this would affect it but you might as well turn it on, it is on by default. settings>Accounts&sync> turn on sync.

still same problem... Emails with pics from my gallery wont send. any other emails send fine... Just not ones with pics. it says connection problem at bottom of screen. any ideas?
