Save emailed pics to gallery?

Is it possible to save pics that are emailed to me in my Droid 3 picture gallery? I am sure there is a way but can't figure it out.

Just download them and save them to a folder that doesn't have a file called .nomedia in it. You can always save them to your dcim/camera folder and they should show up.

Long press on the picture and it will show the options there, click save image and u got it.
