Can't download DroidLu from market

I keep trying to do it but I can't download DroidLu from the market. It just says that its downloading and never finishes. Tried force closing market and trying again and got the same thing.

Talked to the dev. Seems the app had to be pulled from the market due to legal issues. It was good while it lasted.....

Looks like he came up with another app to bypass the eula of hulu.
