Can't Convert a Video in my Motorola Droid Razr XT910

as the title said, i can't convert a video on my phone, I tried DVDVIDEOSOFT to convert the video, I even tried a different player (tried VLC media player, MX player)
the message that i'm getting is "sorry, this video cannot be played"
i can play videos that are recorded by my camera, videos that I downloaded from tubemate, but whenever i convert it using DVDVIDEOSOFT, it just won't work
can you guys recommend a converter ?

the video codec i use is MPEG4
video bitrate is 2.8 Mbits
Framerate is 25
video resolution is 1280x720
audio format is AAC
sample rate is 44100 Hz
Audio bitrate is 192 kbits
channel is set to stereo

I also noticed that the video codec in my working videos is H.264/MPEG-4 AVC
but I don't know how to convert it like that..
please help me .. I really want to watch this movie on my phone ...

You can try MX Player. I don't know if supports your video but it is a good all around video player.
