Can't answer calls sometimes

I just got a brand new Droid from verizon and I am having a problem that I never had on my old Droid. Sometimes when a call comes in the slide will not work to let me answer the call. As soon as the call goes to voice mail or hangs up it works fine. The only times I have the issue is during an incoming call, the unlock slide works fine any other time. If anyone has any suggestions that would be great.

My only suggestion (if it's not rooted and you're not running a custom rom/theme) would be a factory reset.. I have had that happen to me a couple of times in the past myself.. Not recently though.. and not since i've had the 2.2 ota update..

I'm having the same problem. Happens on average 6 out of 10 calls. I've been back to Verizon and of course the problem will not occur there and they claim they never heard of this. Any suggestions.
