cannot transfer music files

OK I hooked up my droid razr maxx hd to the usb cable. I have up dated all software I can find to download. I go to win explorer like it says to do but I cannot find the droid in there, I have looked everwhere. I am running win XP.

The hardware wizard is looking for a file named "MTP" when I let it search it cannot find it.

Try to uninstall drivers.. Reboot computer and install again.. Also did you toggle usb debugging in settings?
