Cannot find TV.com in market

I am unable to find TV.com in the market along with a few other apps. Anyone know why? I am running 2.2.

Try clearing your Market's cache and data and see if that doesn't help. Settings/applications/show all/market/clear cache and data.

I found it with my D2 no problem.

Does the market only see specific firmware versions for certain apps? I am running system version: Version.2.3.13.MB810.Verizon.en.US

I think this is true. I've ran a lot of different versions of leaked 2.2 and on some of them I could see everything, others I'd miss all kinds of stuff.
