Cannot access my Videos

Hey guys,
I am not able to acces my videos when hooked up to my mac. I am ultimately wanting to copy the pics and videos to my computer; however when I hook it up via USB the finder appears with everything except my videos! Any suggestions or thoughts on what step I might be missing or doing wrong?

When you hook up via USB, are you seeing the SD card at all, or just not seeing the video files in the DCIM folder?

My videos just don't show up on the sd card n the dcim folder.... any suggestions? I'm certain I am just missing a step. I'd appreciate your help. Thanks.
