droid 2 global? I'm afraid I'll mess something up. I just need a detailed list of instructions that clearly explains what to do. Also are there any known bugs with this ROM?

I was a noon as well. Yes it is scary wondering if you gonna brick your phone. But just do some reading and make sure you get the right files. RSDLITE ,sbf4.7 I THINK, and droid bootstrapper. Make sure phone is rooted and read instructions. Fennux posted how to flash rom. If you need more help pm me, or maybe someone else can explain further if you have problems with the information you read.

to root the phone and flash clockworkrecovery required to flash ROMs.

2. download Hexen ROM from http://www.droidforums.net/forum/hexen/154796-rom-release-hexen-rom-1-0-0-froyo-final.html
and put the zip file in your sdcard.

3. follow instructions from the link above. Dont forgot to clear data and cache partition.

4. ???

Anyways I am using Hexen ROM right now and i had no problems with it what so ever.
