can someone please help me

i have a d2g and i have now put 4 different roms on it with this being my 1st time i'm prob doing something wrong but i'm not sure what i cannot get my gmail to work on any of them i have read forums all over the net to find out what i am doing or what to do i have been in irc rooms and all i need is someone to help me out i would be very thankfull if someone could please help me i just need someone to help walk through the steps or something and yes i have read alot of forums and done step by step for all the roms but nothing is working thanks

So you did wipe data and cache before each install of ROM right?

yes i have wiped everything time after time and same thing hppens

Did you wipe before AND after each install?
What rom are you on now and are you using any themes?
Sometimes themes break apps.
What version of ger-r-done rommer did you use on that rom?

Did you try doing setting > accounts > your gmail acount > and made sure 'maol' was checked

If its force closing try clearing data. Go to settings, applications, manage, all or running, find and click on gmail, clear data.
