Can Someone Help me with my email problem?

I got the ICS update on my Razr this morning. I have the original Razr, not the Maxx. I get no more emails to my phone, and when I hit the email icon it prompts me to sync up an email. When I try and do so it says that my email address is already synced to my phone. But I am not getting any messages and can't access my email. Everytime I hit the email icon it goes to the same screen to add an account. When I go to the settings and go to accounts and sync, it doesn't show my hotmail account. How do I get this account on the phone now???

I am having this exact problem with my AOL email. Installed ICS this morning and have tried everything I have read to do. One problem is I can't delete this account I'm synced to because my AOL account is nowhere to be found. Sure could use some help.
I also the same problem with a second email account.
after spending hours trying to solve this problem, I downloaded K9 mail. everything works perfectly now.
