Chec ked card in computer and its fine. tried 2 othere cards and same thing. any chance it mite be fixable. the phone is 2 years old. Will Verizon charg me to fix it or replace it. I have insurance:frown:

I know its simple but you did make sure that the SD card was mounted right? They will charge you the deductible.

He means mounting it after the phone has been booted. Just plugging it into the slot doesn't necessarily mount it as a volume.

However if you're seeing the same problem with multiple working SD cards then you should take it to Verizon, they will charge you the deductible and insurance will cover the rest (although depending on what size SD you'd want as a replacement you'll probably end up paying for most or all of it).
