Can I sell my rezound and someone activate it if it's on the ICS leak?

I'm just wondering if there would be a problem with someone else trying to activate it? I've never had a phone with a sim card. Does the next owner have to get a new sim card?

Yes the new owner will need a new SIM and as long as they have a 4G plan with Verizon, Verizon will give them as many as they need no questions asked.

Thanks. There is no way to get back to stock to get the OTA's after I put the latest leak on is there? I'm on clean rom 4.3 with the upgraded firmware.

Correct, if you went with the latest leak, you can only go back to the RUU you used, OR you can install a GB ROM and use the new/old firmware patch.
