Can I root my Verizon Galaxy S3 with 4.3?

I want to root my phone that already has 4.3 on it. Is there a root tool that still works? Most of what I find is for older versions of android, and has 45 pages of conversations to wade through. I'm not interested in ROM's, I just want to stop the Kitkat update before it nullifies FoxFi. Here are my phones current stats.
