Can I put a MAXX HD battery into HD?

I have a RAZR HD. I think the battery is shot because it won't even go a whole day on a charge with light to moderate usage. I was wondering if it's possible to get a MAXX HD battery and put that in. My understanding is that the only differences between the RAZR HD and RAZR MAXX HD are the battery and memory (16 vs 32 GB).

As i recall.. The frame is a little different too.. To allow for the size difference of the battery and a little swelling.. So my guess is that you would t be able to.. You'll wind up with a cracked screen.. But i could be wrong.. Been a while since I've even looked at the hd's
