Can I, how do I sync Verizon Galaxy S3 with Outlook 2010 calendar and tasks?

Can I sync my calendar and tasks in Microsoft Outlook 2010 with my Verizon Galaxy S3 and, if so, how do I do it? I have an IMAP account with GoDaddy, if that means anything. I got my e-mail to sync. Thanks for any help I can get figuring this out.
