The call quality and signal strength are both TERRIBLE on mine, MUCH worse than on my old Samsung Alias (4 years old) that I switched from.
The guy at the store said to call customer service and see if they'll send me a new one, since it might just be a lemon.

Call quality is fair to good. There seems to be a little bit of garbling but not to the point that it affects your ability to understand the caller. The only thing I have to compare it to is my Blackberry Curve 8330, which was not a 3G phone. Have not tried it with Bluetooth and don't plan to. I would rate quality at a 7, where my BB Curve would be an 8, and my old Motorola flipphone a 10. Speaker phone is also just below the BB Curve, but the mic is less sensative in the Pro so you don't get the annoying background noises.

The signal strength in the Pro is not as good as the Curve. At work I set my Pro in the same spot, same orientation as I did the BB Curve for two years, and am getting 2 bars where the BB would be at peak strength. The Curve had a case though not sure if that makes a difference...you never know.

call quality is clear as water on my droid pro, even on overseas calls. my battery is very good as well...

I believe that there were a BUNCH of lemons shipped out?

just had my set replaced due to poor call quality. haven't really been able to make many calls since the new one arrived today, but on the one call i did have it was better.

I haven't had any real issues with call quality on mine...seems to be hit and miss for some though...

For the most part I can't tell much difference between the Pro and my old Droid1....

So far the call quality is fine on mine. I've only had a few, since people contact me by texting or email, & none of my phone calls are more than 30 seconds but I can here the person clearly & it's still better than my old Blackberry Curve & I never had a problem with that phone's call quality.
