Call prompt app w/ custom message???

So a buddy of mine has a jailbroken Iphone and before he calls someone he has a prompt screen that says "do you wish to engage swag?" and you slide over and it begins the call process....lol

I know it's silly but I want an app like that for my Droid X!!! I've tried a few call prompt apps but is there one that will enable you to make your own custom message like that????
