Call history not working

Why would the call history stop working? I thought maybe it was full so I deleted some to test it out... nope that didnt work,so as of jun 26 i cant see who called me
what should I try?

if you installed any apps on that day i would try uninstalling them first.
other than that i would suggest a factory reset, backup anything on the internal storage first that you dont want to loose.

kinda odd problem, never saw anyone with this issue before.

Haven't installed any apps in some time,so not sure what stopped its function

Hi,
I have this issue and my call log does not add any new incomming , out or missed call in the log list since 2014/06/04
How can I solve this issue. factory reset is last solution.
