Calendar - Links to Google Maps

It used to be that when I entered a calendar appointment, I would also type in the address for that appointment. Later when I was reminded by the calendar program about the upcoming appointment, I would open the entry and just click on the address (which had turned blue to indicate a link) to be taken to Google maps where I could either just view the location or navigate to the location.

I think that function went away after the 2.2 update. How can I get that back?

download jorte calendar. does exactly that. used that function three times today.
