Calendar Help PLEEAAASEE!!

Hi! Brand new here! Just switched from BB to Droid and LOVE IT!! However, a couple things with the calendar I need help with...if even possible...

1. Can I default appointments to be 30 minutes long instead of an hour?
2. Can I change the start time from 12am to 7am?
3. Can I go directly to a specific date?
4. Can I search for particular word/name for appointments?

Multiple Email Accounts?

On my BB I could have multiple email accounts sent to phone. I have my one hotmail account set up, but is there a way to have multiple hotmail accounts come through? Also, how do I check my gmail account that was set up for my phone? Can't seem to find access to that anywhere!

I am a n00b as well, this is my first Droid. But you should be able to setup as many emails as you want. I have to corporate/exchange emails, three gmail and four live/hot mail. All you have to do is go to Setting>Accounts>New and the choose what kind of email (at least something like that anyway off the top of my head). As for GMail in the apps drawer find GMail and they will all be in there for you... I hope this helps...
