buying apps in pounds??

i live in the US and my google checkout wont let me buy any apps that are in pounds or euros. i have no problem buying apps that are in US dollars. when i try to purchase an app thats not in US dollars, it says my credit card is "unusable for this purchase"... how can i fix this?

This is an issue with your bank/credit card.

Some block small overseas purchases as a anti identity theft measure. You will have to call and see if it can be fixed on that end.
