buying an extended battery

I just got a Droid Incredible and would like to buy an extended battery. There are a bunch of options out there usually with different numbers of "mAh". Does anyone know how best to assess different options? Are they all bigger than the standard size or are some the same size just longer lasting?

I have a 1750 that does not require the back to be replaced which will make the phone thicker.

I think the oem battery is 1300, I picked up a couple of 1500 on eBay for 9.00 and they work fine. It even came with a stand alone charger so you can charge one and still use the phone.

Best deal I got on an extended battery was the HTC 2150 mAh battery. It does come with a new battery cover as it does increase the width of the phone but to me that is not an issue.
