Bug or Problem: Some repeating calendar event land on wrong date.

I'm having a weird problem with my droid's calendar. I have some events that happen monthly. Ex: Every third Thursday of the month or every second Monday of the month. Not consistently it will take one of those events and move it to the next week. It throws off every following re-occurrence of the event. This is synced into Google calendar and that synced into my Outlook. Total fubar. I have to go in a fix the event and have or force everything to resync. Is this a known bug?

I have the same problem with yearly events. It shifts the dates by 1 day in the following years. Makes things like birthdays impossible, and the calendar useless for me. Fix this please!!!!!
