BSOD caused by Bionic?

Hey guys, got an odd issue on my hands.

The past couple of days, whenever I plug my Bionic up to my computer (using moto cable and usb 2.0 port) it causes my laptop to go into the worrisome BSOD cycle.
Now then, I haven't changed anything dramatic with the phone since updating to .246 via HoB a couple of months back. Nor with my Windows 7 laptop, with the exception of reinstalling Oblivion?
In fact, I seem to recall there being no problem a couple of weeks back when I plugged it up.

So, any idea what may be causing the BSOD when I plug it in?

Alrighty, I was wrong. I was actually plugging it into one of the two USB 3.0 ports, not the 2.0. The latter does not have any issues, yet the 3.0s crash every. single. time.

What in bloody hell causes that?
