Brightness and Screen Timeout issues

I've done a search and can't find anything about this.

I like to have my brightness set to full and I like my screen timeout set at 1 minute. I have to reset both of them 4-5 times a day. Both settings keep getting set back to default on their own. I have to keep setting it to what I prefer. WTF!!! It's annoying and I have no clue why this is happening. Any info or help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You should explain what is going with some detail, otherwise it's hard to help

That's not right for sure, if you set them up in "sound/display" panel they should stay within the settings you applied. Have you tried a hard reset or factory reset on the phone? Try calling VZW tech support, maybe they'll have some input for you...

I have the same issue with screen time-out. I set it in the sound and display option to 1 minute but it always reverts to 30seconds.

Brightness I have no issue with.
