bricked?

i was turning on my fascinate and pressed the up on the volume rocker and power key at the same time and it took me to recovery mode.
now i can't get out of it.
HELP!

i pressed the home key to make a selection.

Have you tried simply pulling the battery? As long as you aren't pushing something to the phone when you do it, it should reboot normally.

If you can fix it...it isnt bricked. Glad you got it figured out it took me a sec to figure out which buttons did what in recovery too.
