The Eris it listed as EOL (end of life). Your luck will depend on the store. I would call and ask, someone at the store might be able to locate one for you. If you don't mind me asking, why are you looking for an Eris? There are many better phones for the same price.

Yea but i like the eris alot better. I dont want to spend 200 on the x and i like it better than the droid and i could get the ally but i think it has had to many problems and i dont want a ****ty phone

That's as good of a reason as any. I don't care for senseUI, but there are plenty of people who like it. Good luck finding one!
