booting into bootstrap

my phone is not booting properly, and it isnt letting me boot into bootstrap, i tried the battery technique and it isnt booting into cwr, any help?

You use Bootstrap to boot into recovery (Clockworkmod). Are you running the Bootstrap Recovery command in D2 Bootstrapper?

well i believe i am in boot loop and im trying to boot into cwr from start-up like i tried to take out the battery and that technique, but it isnt going into recovery mode, it just keeps failing to boot

What did you do that got you in to a bootloop and are you seeing the boot logo or the boot logo and the animation?

nevermind just said screw it and sbfed it and to answer the question before, i believe i messed around to much with the boot animation and something got screwed up so it wouldn't boot properly
