blur?

I just put SD4.6 on the ol' device and I noticed I have a blur homescreen as well as the new menus launcher 4.6 is packed with. I didn't see this on 4.5 or on my og's 10.2 build. Is 5here a reason im getting blur options on 4.6?

I believe if you read the OP it states that 4.6 comes with Nemus Launcher. I tried it out about a month ago and it has a stock feel/look to it with Chevys tweaks.
