Bluetooth and GPS not working after ICS OTA update

The bluetooth has stopped working and when I try to use navigation through Maps it will stay searching for the GPS. My wifi sometimes also seems to fail too. I have tried a factory reset which has not helped. If there is anyone who can would greatly appreciate.

There is the possibility some files were corrupted during the update process.

The only way to tell since you've already tried a Factory Data Reset is to reflash the ICS fastboot file. Just flash it over your setup, it will re-write out the /system partition and all the other OS files.
