I bought razr maxx hd that he said was blacklisted,what does that mean and can I get it working,he told me it came with a sim card and may be able to use the phone again

if he straight up told you it was blacklisted and it is indeed blacklisted, that phone will never work again on Verizon.

Please don't take this as being rude, but you got ripped off. That phone is more than likely hotter than a 2 dollar pistol. Either that or it was an insurance claim that was reported lost or stolen.

Something to remember...blacklisted means it will not be able to be activated...

And with the new blacklist that carriers are enacting... it will never be any good anywhere..
