Black and White Icons

Okay, I'm trying to make my desktop look better and the color on the application icons hurts my eyes. I want to find some software that renders all icons black and white (grayscale). Any ideas?

I've been using Go Launcher with custom themes. I also recommend WP clock as your live wall paper

Bah, if you have a black theme already you don't need a colored clock widget. Use the glass sense analog clock widget. It adds the perfect touch to a black theme. The widget is opaque with a glass touch.

GO Launcher screwed with my phone. I couldnt access the battery stats untill i uninstalled it.

The only thing is I can't find another launcher that scrolls as smoothly as the stock launcher. Plus I like the expandable contacts widget.
