The easiest way for me to explain what I'm trying to change the color of, is to walk you through the menu where I first saw it.

If you have handcent, go to Settings > Notification Settings > Notification Settings > Notification Icons.

When the list comes up, the font color for the list is white, and is really hard to read. Is there a way to change that font color to black without it affecting any of the other font colors?

The font color for other things are correct, aka holding down on the desktop and getting the applications, widgets menu is a black font.
